Yes. We are based in Emporia, Kansas and support events across Kansas and the surrounding region. Travel depends on the event, schedule, and scope, but we are open to regional work.
Booking and Planning

The earlier, the better, especially for dates during busy event seasons. Reaching out early gives more room for planning, scheduling, and building the right level of support around the event.

Yes. Not every client comes in with a fully defined scope. We are happy to help talk through the event and identify the right level of support.

We can do both. Some clients need a broader production partner, while others need specific support such as FOH engineering, monitor engineering, event power planning, or stage and audio support.

Yes, depending on the event and schedule. FOH and monitor engineering are services we actively provide and are well-suited for events that need strong technical support without a full production package.

Yes. Event power and distro planning is one of the specialty services we actively sell, especially for events that need stronger infrastructure planning and dependable onsite support.

We do not exclusively provide mobile power for most events but if generators are needed we can help you figure your events power needs and where to source the correct mobile power supply.

Yes. We can help support branding and sponsorship signage, especially for public-facing and sponsor-heavy events where visibility and presentation matter.

Yes. We support multi-day schedules, simultaneous zones, and event environments with multiple moving parts. These are exactly the kinds of situations where coordination and responsiveness matter most.

Yes. We support both indoor and outdoor events depending on the event type, venue, and production needs.

We can realistically support walk-around event capacities up to around 10,000 people, depending on the format, footprint, and scope. We are especially well-suited for mid-scale events that need a bigger-event feel and stronger support without the detachment of a much larger company.
